摘要
本文以2008-2014年我国31个省市为研究样本,构建金融人才区位熵系数测度各省市金融人才聚集程度,并实证考察了金融人才聚集的空间溢出效应。实证结果表明:我国金融人才的省域分布不均衡,且金融人才聚集在区域间存在显著的空间正相关;邻接矩阵下,东部和西部地区金融人才聚集会对关联地区的金融人才聚集产生正向的推动作用,而中部地区更容易形成金融人才资源的争夺;经济距离矩阵下,东部地区各省份之间金融关联性比中、西部地区更强。基于此,建议我国在未来金融人才发展中,注重区域协调,在保证金融人才合理聚集的前提下,缓解金融人才分布不均的问题,同时,根据区域金融人才聚集空间溢出效应的不同制定差异化方案。
This paper constructs the entropy coefficient of financial talents to measure the degree of financial talent gathering in various provinces and cities,and investigates the spatial spillover effect of financial talents based on the survey of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2008 to 2014.It is found that the distribution of financial talents in our province is not balanced,and there is a significant positive correlation between the spatial agglomeration of financial talents;under the adjacency matrix,the eastern and western regions will have a positive role in promoting the aggregation of financial talents in the region,while the central region is more likely to compete;under the economic distance matrix,the eastern region has a stronger financial relationship than in the central and western region.It is suggested that China should pay attention to regional coordination in the development of financial personnel in the future,and to alleviate the uneven distribution of financial personnel under the premise of ensuring the rational aggregation of financial talents.At the same time,we should develop a differentiated scheme according to the different spillover effects of regional financial talents.
