微丝的信号调控机制和体内功能 被引量:3

The Signal Regulatory Mechanism and Function of Actin Filaments

摘要 微丝是细胞骨架的主要成分之一,广泛存在于所有真核细胞中。微丝与其相关蛋白介导的信号通路几乎在所有的生物学事件中发挥重要作用,参与了细胞形态维持、细胞运动、信号转导等细胞基本生物学行为的调控。同时,微丝及其相关蛋白还在个体发育中扮演重要角色,其异常与疾病发生发展过程密切相关。该文就微丝相关蛋白、微丝相关信号通路、微丝功能及其与疾病相关的最新研究进展进行小结,并对微丝的未来研究方向进行了初步的探讨。 Actin filaments are one of the main component of the cytoskeleton,which are widely exist in all eukaryotic cells.Actin filaments and actin-associated proteins-mediated signaling pathways play important roles in many cellular biological events,including cell morphology maintain,cell motility,signal transduction.Actin filaments and actin-associated proteins also play a key role in development,and their abnormality is associated with disease.In this review,we summarized the latest advance of actin,actin-associated proteins,actin-related signaling pathways and their correlation with diseases.We also preliminarily discussed the future research direction of actin filaments.
