摘要
公路建设过程中对沿线破坏的临时用地进行土地复垦是恢复受损土地及其生态环境的有效手段,土地复垦适宜性评价是土地复垦工作的中心环节和项目决策的依据。在认真分析已有研究成果的基础上,运用定性定量相结合的方法对211国道旬邑县城至湫坡头段改建工程临时用地复垦适应性进行评价。依据相关规程和标准选取评价因子,运用层次分析法确定评价因子权重,采用指数和法计算各评价单元的土地复垦适宜性分值和等级,并综合考虑多种因素,最终确定各评价单元土地复垦方向,评价结果具有较强的科学性和可操作性,对其他公路项目的合理复垦、有效利用土地资源具有一定的参考价值。
It is an effective means to restore damaged land and its ecological environment for land reclamation of temporary land destroyed along the line during the process of highway construction,and the evaluation of land reclamation suitability is the central link of land reclamation work and the basis of project decision-making.On the basis of careful analysis of existing research results,this paper evaluates the reclamation suitability of temporary land for the reconstruction project from the county town of Xunyi to Qiupotou section of national road 211 by the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis.Selecting evaluation factors according to relevant regulations and standards,using AHP to determine the weight of evaluation factor,calculating the value and grade of land reclamation suitability for each evaluation unit,and by comprehensively considering various factors,the land reclamation direction of each evaluation unit is finally determined,the evaluation results are highly scientific and operable,and it has certain reference value for the rational reclamation and effective utilization of land resources ofother highway projects.
