摘要
土地工程大数据是利用大数据的思维、方法及技术解决土地工程领域的具体问题,对推动土地工程持续创新具有重要意义。本文在借鉴大数据的含义和特征的基础上,介绍了土地工程大数据的含义和特征,指出了国家政策为土地工程大数据的开发应用提供了有利条件,分析了土地工程大数据在土地工程科研和实践中的应用情况,提出了实施创新驱动发展战略、探索数据共享机制、建立大数据体系、加大人才培养力度等政策建议。
Land engineering big data is taking advantage of thinking,method,technology of big data to solve land engineering practical issues,which has significant meaning for land engineering sustainable innovation promotion.This article based on the meaning and characteristics of big data,summarized the connotation and features of land engineering big data,and pointed out the advantage condition created by national policies for land engineering big data development and application.Also it introduced land engineering research and practical application situation of land engineering big data, and proposed multiple suggestions such as innovation-orientation development implement strategy,data sharing mechanism exploration,big data system creation,and focusing on relative talent cultivation.
