摘要
房屋在加层改造过程中具有显著的结构时变特性。为保障某工业厂房室内加层改造施工的安全顺利进行,基于实际情况制定了合理的施工顺序,以结构拆除时间为分界点将施工过程进行划分,用有限元分析软件MIDAS的生死单元技术对结构进行施工模拟,得出了施工过程中结构内力变化规律和施工危险点,并提出相应的安全控制措施。
House has significant structural time-varying properties in the process of storey-adding .In or-der to ensure the safety of storey-adding reconstruction of an industrial workshop ,the paper made reasona-ble construction sequence based on the actual situation , and divided the construction process into differ-ent stages by time point of structural dismantlement and simulated the construction process of structure by birth-death element technology of finite element analysis software MIDAS .It obtained the internal force variation rules of structure and danger point during the construction ,and proposed corresponding security control measures .
