摘要
【目的】研究辐照结合不同温度处理对柑橘红蜘蛛(Panonychus citri Mcgregor)成螨的影响,以寻求提高辐照处理柑橘红蜘蛛成螨效果的方法。【方法】以0,100,200,300和400Gy的剂量辐照处理柑橘红蜘蛛成螨后,分别置于5,10,15,20和25℃条件下饲养,观察成螨死亡率及其后代繁殖情况。【结果】同一剂量下,柑橘红蜘蛛成螨死亡率随温度升高而增大,辐照后置于低温条件下可抑制成螨的死亡;用400Gy剂量辐照处理柑橘红蜘蛛成螨后置于25℃条件下15d,可使成螨死亡率达到100.00%。低温对柑橘红蜘蛛成螨产卵量及卵的孵化率有显著抑制作用,成螨经100和200Gy辐照处理后置于5℃条件下,产卵量为0;成螨经300Gy处理后置于温度低于20℃(包括20℃)条件下,可100%抑制卵的孵化。【结论】当温度为5℃时,100Gy辐照处理柑橘红蜘蛛成螨即可达到100%不育。
【Objective】This experiment was conducted to evaluate the combined effects of irradiation and temperature on citrus red mites(Panonychus citri Mcgregor).【Method】Female adult citrus red mites were irradiated at 0,100,200,300and 400Gy before being raised at the temperatures of 5,10,15,20,and 25℃,respectively.The mortality and offspring breeding were observed and recorded.【Result】The mortality increased as the increase of temperature at same irradiation level.Low temperature could significantly inhibit the death of adult mites.The mortality reached 100.00%after being irradiate at 400Gy followed by15days' treatment at 25℃.No eggs were observed when the adults were irradiated at 100and 200Gy levels and kept at 5℃,indicating the significant suppression of low temperature.Adult mites could be completely sterile after the treatment of 300Gy and a temperature of no larger than 20℃.【Conclusion】100%sterility could be reached by treatment of 100Gy and 5℃.
