摘要
通过超景深显微镜、扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪等仪器对隋史射勿墓壁画支撑体用环氧树脂进行了分析监测,结果表明:环氧树脂老化会出现麻点、颜色加深的外观变化;O-H键的吸收峰和CH2、CH3的吸收峰会减弱。通过对环氧树脂的配比和施工工艺的内因分析,得出以下结论:①使用丙酮作为稀释剂会造成环氧树脂中气泡增多,环氧树脂的粘接性降低;②环氧树脂层过薄,会引起表面褶皱,降低环氧树脂的强度。通过对环氧树脂所处环境条件的外因分析,得出以下结论:环氧树脂老化的主要环境条件有湿度、底层酸碱性、温度。上述工作为隋史射勿墓壁画支撑体的评估和更换提供科学依据,同时为早期保护修复材料的老化研究和环氧树脂在壁画修复中的使用提供参考。
Multiple methods such as digital microscope,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and Fourier infrared spectrometer were performed to study the Aging epoxy resin and aging characterization.Results suggest that the aged epoxy resin appeared brown spots and deepened color,as well as the absorption peak of O-H and CH2、CH3 are weakened.Through the analysis of the internal cause,including the ratio of epoxy resin and the construction process,the following conclusions are drawn:firstly,the use of acetone as a thinner resulted in bubbles in epoxy resin and lower adhesion of epoxy resin;secondly,the thickness of epoxy resin is too thin,which will cause surface folds and reduce the strength of epoxy resin.By analyzing the external factors of the environmental conditions,the following conclusions are drawn:The main environmental conditions are humidity,alkaline substrate and temperature.The research can provide scientific basis for the evaluation and replacement of supporting body of the Mural Painting in the Sui Prime Minister Shi Shewu’s tomb.The re-protection of mural paintings can provide references for the study of the transformation in mural painting,as well as provide references for the study the aging protection material used in the previous and the use of epoxy resin in mural protection.
