土体劈裂注浆的细观机理研究

摘要 为了揭示劈裂注浆的作用机理,文章基于散体理论的颗粒流方法,采用PFC2D软件分析了不同注浆压力作用下注浆过程中劈裂缝的产生以及浆液的扩散规律。运用PFC2D内置的fish语言,建立注浆的复杂模型,通过伺服控制施加注浆压力从而模拟劈裂注浆。模拟结果表明:随着注浆时间的增加,土体首先在竖直方向上出现劈裂缝,然后发生水平方向的二次劈裂;当注浆压力为0.2~0.5 MPa时,土体的劈裂主要发生在半径1.0m范围内;注浆压力>0.7MPa时,土体劈裂的范围达到半径1.5m。 In order to reveal the operation mechanism of fracture grouting,based on the particle flow method of dispersion theory,this article by using the PFC2 Dsoftware analyzed the splitting crack generation in grouting process under different grouting pressure as well as the diffusion regularity of slurry.By using the builtin fish language in PFC2 D,it established the complex grouting models to simulate the fracture grouting by exer-ting the grouting pressure through servo control.The simulation results showed that:with the increase of grouting time,the splitting crack first appeared in the vertical direction of soil body,with the following sec-ond splitting in horizontal direction;and when the grouting pressure is 0.2~0.5 MPa,the soil-body fracturing mainly occurs within the range of 1.0mradius;when the grouting pressure>0.7 MPa,the soilbody fractu-ring range is up to a radius of 1.5m.
