摘要
为实现我国能源 /环境的可持续发展 ,必须要把我国有限的资源和有限的环境容量以最优原则加以整合 ,打破行业壁垒和界限 ,从全局高度来解决问题 .针对我国油田采收率不高的具体国情 ,以煤为主要能源 ,来促进石油工业发展 ,并进一步和化工行业结合起来 ,使得能源 -资源 -环境一体化最优 ,是一个重要的方向 .考察了若干种煤基强化石油开采的多联产方案 ,在流程模拟计算等技术性分析的基础上 ,对各方案的投资、收益及产品卖价进行了分析 .结果表明各方案都是可行的 ,不同的考察角度会有不同的最优方案 .所作的 CO2 最低卖价的灵敏度分析 ,对方案的选择具有一定的指导意义 .
For the sustainable development of Chinese energy and environment,we have to integrate the limited resources and environmental capacity of our country,break the sector barriers and give the global solution.According to the national situation of low oil recovery ratio,it is an important field to optimize the energy,resources and environment integratively,by promoting the development of oil recovery enhancement using coal,and further combining with chemical engineering.This paper examines several coal-based-poly-generation systems for enhanced oil recovery(EOR).Economic analyses of investment,return and production cost are done with the results of technical simulation.The result indicates that these systems are all feasible,although different preferable scenarios with different viewpoints.And the sensitivity analysis of CO 2 required selling price will be helpful for decision making.
