乳酸在短暂性脑缺血后海马DND发生机制中的作用

摘要 本实验测定了短暂性脑缺血后不同再灌时间乳酸含量的变化,结果发现在短暂性脑缺血时乳酸含量显著增加(P<0.01);再灌流30分钟后乳酸恢复到对照水平(P>0.05);而再灌流48小时后海马乳酸量又再次升高(P<0.01)。本实验结果揭示乳酸在短暂性脑缺血后海马迟发性神经元坏死(DND)发生中起着重要作用。 The concentration of lactate were measured during the transient forebrain ischemia and after reperfusion. The results show that the level of lactate significantly incerased 10 min following transient forebrain ischemia and returned to the control level 30 min following reperfusion and significantly increased 48h later (P<0. 01). These results suggest that lactate plays an important role in the development of DND in hippocampus following transient forebrain ischemia in gerbils.
