摘要
中小企业技术创新面临诸多困境,从技术、人才、资金、制度、法律法规、社会服务体系等方面进行分析,就提升自主创新能力、建立风险控制机制和人才激励机制、拓宽融资渠道、完善法律法规和社会服务体系等方面提出相应对策。
The technological innovation of medium-sized and small enterprises is confronted with many difficulties. Based on the analysis of technology, talents, capital, rules and regulations, laws, and social service system, this paper proposes several countermeasures including the establishment of the mechanisms for risk control and talent in-centive, broadening of financing channel and perfecting the social service system.
