摘要
县域经济对一国国民经济发展有重要现实意义,其跨越式发展需要高效率的金融体系为支撑点。为了促进陕西省县域经济发展,本研究以陕西省74个县为研究对象,利用超效率DEA模型对样本县域经济发展中的金融支持效率做出评价,再运用空间马尔科夫链方法对陕西省县域金融效率水平的时空演变特征进行分析。结果表明,陕西省各县(市)金融支持效率普遍较低,且呈现明显的空间差异,同时陕西省县域金融效率受周边县域效率水平的影响明显,形成俱乐部趋同现象。针对研究结果,本文给出相应的对策建议。
The county-level economy has an important realistic significance to the national economic development of a country, and its leap-forward development needs the support from the efficient financial system. In order to promote the development of the county-level economy in Shaanxi province, taking 74 counties of Shaanxi province as the research object and using the super efficiency DEA model, the paper evaluates the financial support efficiency to the country-level economic development of sample countries. An then, the paper continues to analyzes the characteristics of the space-time evolution of the level of country-level financial efficiency in Shaanxi using the method of the spatial Markov chain. Results show that the financial support efficiency in the counties or cities of Shaanxi is generally low, and presents the obvious spatial differences. And also the county-level financial efficiency is affected by the level of the peripheral county-level efficiency, which forms the club convergence. Aiming at the results, the paper gives the corre-sponding countermeasures and suggestions.
