摘要
本文通过对甘肃参与"丝绸之路经济带"建设的地理区位、历史文化积淀、多元的资源和产业承载的比较优势分析,提出了甘肃参与"丝绸之路经济带"建设的目标定位,并从构建"丝绸之路经济带"空间发展新平台、纵横发展新轴线、区域发展新格局、基础发展新体系、金融发展新中心等五个方面提出了对策建议。
Based on the comparative advantages analysis on the geographical location, historical and cultural accumulation, multi-ple resources and industries for Gansu’s participating in the construction of the“silk road economic belt”, the paper proposes the tar-get location for Gansu to participate in the construction of the“silk road economic belt”, and offers proposals from five aspects such as the developing new platform, the new vertical and horizontal axis, the new regional pattern, the new basic system and the new finan-cial center and so on.
