摘要
分析截瘫后异位骨化24例,占截瘫病人的8.14％。根据临床表现提出,临床分期:早期、典型期及成熟期。并提出对截瘫病人应行早期的AKP及骨扫描检查。对X线表现进行了分析,并将X线表现分为不成熟型、成熟型及混合型三型。
24 Cases of ectopic ossification following paraplegia are reported in this paper. The ectopic ossification made up 8, 14％ of the paraplegic patients, According to the clinical manifestations, clinical staging may be classified into early stage, typical stage and mature stage. The early AKP test and bone scan examination should be taken in these patients, The X-ray appearances were analyzed and divided into three types: immature, mature and mixed types.
