摘要
接插座是一类体积小 ,形状复杂的塑料零件 ,对模具设计制造要求较高。该文通过对该零件成型工艺性的详细分析 ,根据型芯多、且布置密的特点 ,在模具结构设计中 ,采用了顺序分型和二级推出的结构 ,第一次分型从塑件中脱松部分型芯 ,第二次分型塑件从定模型腔中脱出。为了把塑件从动模中推出 ,采用了双级推板二级推出方式 ,从而确保了塑件质量 。
The connection socket is a kind of plastic parts with complex shape and small volume. The demand to mould design is very high. Through analyzing the forming technologies of connection socket,and according to the characteristics of many cores and dense arrangements,the sequence parting structure and double ejecting structure were adopted. The first parting is to loose parts of cores from the plastic part,and the second parting is to de mould plastic parts the fixed mold cavity. In order to eject plastic parts from moving mold,the twice ejecting way of double push plate is adopted. It can ensure the quality of the plastic parts,and manufacturing process and material were explained.
