摘要
某大厦钻孔灌注桩未经过试桩就已进行打桩施工,经过对已打灌注桩进行检测,分析发现有部分桩的单桩承载力未达到要求,原因是桩基承载力估算值偏大造成的,对桩周土的摩阻力乘以折减系数后满足了设计要求。
The bored cast-in-situ pile engineering of a mansion started piling construction without implementation of trial piling. Through inspection and analysis of the finished piles, it was found that the single-pile bearing capacity of part piles could not reach the requirement, the reasons of which lied in the larger estimation value of the pile foundation bearing capacity. After multiplying a certain factor to the friction force around the pile, the piles satisfied the design requirement at last.
