摘要
以3-甲基-1(2-哌啶基苯基)丁基酮为原料,采用Leuckart反应合成3-甲基-1.(2-(1-哌啶基)苯基) 丁基胺,最终化合物经核磁共振氢谱及碳谱得到确证.
The 3-methyl-1-(2-(1-piperidiny) phenyl)-butylamine is the key intermediate of Repaglinide. It was synthesized from 3-methyl-1-(2-piperidiny) phenyl)-butylketone through Leuckart reaction. Because the route did not require high pressure, the process was simple and safety. The total yield was 30% . The structures of the intermediate and the target molecule were confirmed by 1H NMR and 13CNMR spectrum.
