摘要
建立了一个用于工厂化穴盘水稻秧苗力学特性的测试系统。通过试验发现 ,单株穴盘水稻秧苗不同位置高度承受的拔断力不同 ,秧苗茎部最大 ,叶部次之 ,叶枕部最小。平均单株秧苗茎部承受拔断力约为 3.732 N。一穴多株秧苗承受的拔断力随株数的增加而增大 ,其变化趋势可由指数方程 P=2 .891 2 K exp(0 .2 894 n)
A measuring system was set up for experimental study on fracture mechanic characteristics of rice seedlings sprouted in plastic cell trays at an industrial nursery, which consisted of a force sensor, a micro force measuring instrument, a gripper of the manipulator, data collecting software, and so on. The experimental results illustrated that the fracture force of single rice seedling is different at different height positions. The average force at stem of rice seedlings is about 3 732 N that is greater than that at leaf and smaller than at pedestal. The fracture force exerted at stem of different rice seedlings increases as increasing of the number of rice seedlings in one soil ball, which follows the exponential function P=2 891 2K exp(0 289 4 n ).
