摘要
结合网络环境下图书馆业务工作的特点 应用BPR的基本思想和方法,分析传统图书馆管理方式的弊端,指出采编业务重组的可行性、必要性,具体阐述我馆采编部实行业务流程重组的实践,大大地提高了工作效率。运用目标管理法(MBO)对尚需完善的部分进行探讨。
Combining the character of library operation in network environment, applying BPR's basic idea and method, analyzing limitation of traditional library management fashion. This paper points out feasibility and necessity on collection business process reengineering, clarifying concretely practice that our department carry out business process reengineering, and improves work efficiency greatly. Apply management by objective to discuss some questions that need to be perfected.
