摘要
目前 ,高等学校的发展进入了前所未有的高速度 ,高校的内部管理手段、方法和模式先进与否 ,已成为制约高校发展 ,提高学校竞争力的关键所在。采用以计算机技术、网络技术为基础的管理信息系统已成客观需要。本文对管理信息系统的基本概念 ,开发高校管理信息系统的必要性、可行性及应注意的问题进行了阐述 ,以引起高校管理层的关注。
Now the development of universities and colleges gains an unprecedented high speed.Whether the inner manage ways,methods and pattern are advanced or not is the key of limiting universities and colleges' development and improving their competition power.And adopting management information system using computer technology and network technology has become an impersonal need.The paper discusses MIS's basic concepts,the necessity and feasibility of developing universities and colleges' management information systems,and the noting problems.
