摘要
针对含有氨纶的涤纶 /VILOFT圆筒针织内衣布料的特性 ,给出合理的染整加工工艺 ,如酶精练、分散 /活性二浴染色、还原清洗以及拉毛整理等。避免氨纶织物弹性的损伤 ,以获得较高的色牢度和良好的抗起球性 ,达到保暖内衣的服用要求。
According to the characteristics of polyester/VILOFT circular knitted underwear fabrics containing polyurethane fiber, reasonable dyeing and finishing process is defined. This new technique features low damage to elasticity of polyurethane fiber, high capillary effect, enhanced softness as well as good color fastness and pilling resistance, all properties meet wearability of thermal underwear.
