摘要
本文设计以交联的聚丙烯酸丁酯为核(橡胶相),以苯乙烯/丙烯腈共聚物为壳(树脂相),合成ASA核-壳乳液聚合物,用以改性PVC的力学性能。结果表明:共混体系冲击强度分别在EGDM为1.0%和ST/AN=2.57/1(mol 比)处出现最大值,且随橡胶粒径和橡胶含量的增大而显著增大,但对共混体系的拉伸强度影响不明显。
ASA emulsion copolymer with the crosslinked polybutyl acrylate as core and stytene-acrylonitrile copolymer as shell was synthesized and used to improve PVC mechanical perfor-mance. It was found that the impact strength for PVC/ASA blend had the maximum at EGDM=1.0% and ST/AN=2.57/1(mole ratio) separately, and increased substantially with the rise of rubber particle diameter and rubber amount, but the tensile strength did not vary obviously.
