摘要
该文研究采用超音速汽液两相流升压加热技术,用抽汽对凝结水进行加热并逐级升压自流到除氧器,以代替火电厂热力系统低压加热器。这种系统从理论上是完全可行的,其循环效率与超音速汽液两相流升压加热装置的性能有关,一般可比现有机组的循环效率提高0.3%。该系统完全解决了面式低压加热器的换热管引起的凝结水含铜的问题,还具有系统结构简单,体积小,节省空间,可靠性高等特点。
A new technology, heating through a supersonic steam and water two-phase flow shock wave, is used in the LP heater in a power plant. The extractions from turbine are expanded and then mixed with the cool water in the steam injector. The feasibility of the new cycle is verified theoretically. Its efficiency is found 0.3 % more than the existing system, associated with the performance of the steam injector. The defect of live steam containing copper caused by the heat transfer tube is resolved completely, the new cycle has a simple system, small volume and high reliability.
