摘要
农业是国民经济的基础,农业的持续发展直接影响着区域经济的持续发展。定西地区农业发展存在生态环境脆弱、水土资源利用率低、人口问题突出、种植业结构不合理、农业资金投入不足、水利基础设施落后、农业市场体系不健全等问题;要使全区农业可持续发展,必须把人口、资源、环境与农业经济发展结合起来,采取治理和改善生态环境、提高资源利用率、控制人口增长、调整种植业结构、完善农业市场体系等措施。
Agriculture is the basis of local economy and its continual development affects the regional economy directly. The problems existing in the agricultural development in Dingxi area are the vulnerable ecology, less used water and land, too big population, unreasonable planting structure, insufficient investment in agriculture and underdeveloped infrastructure, and imperfect systems of markets, etc. To realize the sustainable development of agriculture, resources, environment, population must be combined with the development of agricultural economy, by harnessing and bettering ecological environment, improving the availability of resources, controlling population, adjusting agricultural structure, perfecting the systems of market, etc..
