摘要
目的 :观察极大螺旋藻多糖对人回盲肠癌HCT 8、神经胶质瘤U2 5 1、宫颈癌HeLa、肝癌SMMC772 1、肺癌A5 49细胞株生长的影响。方法 :体外培养条件下用不同浓度的极大螺旋藻胞内、胞外多糖处理这 5种癌细胞 ,同时处理人正常胚肝LO 2细胞 ,并用SRB检测法测定。结果 :极大螺旋藻胞内、胞外多糖对离体培养的宫颈癌HeLa、肝癌SMMC772 1、肺癌A5 49等肿瘤细胞均有明显的生长抑制作用 ,并存在浓度剂量效应 ,高浓度抑制作用强 ;而对离体培养的人正常胚肝LO 2细胞的生长影响较弱。结论 :极大螺旋藻多糖能选择性地识别并杀伤癌细胞 ,值得进一步研究。
Aim To observe the effects of intra- and extracellular-polysaccharides of Spirulina maxima (IPS,EPS) on the growth of five human tumor cell lines.Methods In vitro, one normal cell line(LO-2) and five tumor cell lines(HCT-8、U251、HeLa、SMMC7721、A549) were cultured with IPS or EPS at the final concentrations of 0(control),7.5,15,30, 60μg·mL -1 for 72 h. Following incubation, their sensibility was measured by SRB staining.Results The polysaccharides could significantly inhibit the growth of these five tumor cell lines in a dose-dependent manner,and there was weak effect on the growth of normal cell line. Conclusion The polysaccharide from Spirulina maxima has cytotoxicity to the tumor cells and may be a potential adjuvant to cancer therapy .
