摘要
以小鼠肉瘤 180 (S180 )、肝癌实体瘤 (Heps)、艾氏实体瘤 (EAC)为模型 ,对经筛选的复方 5 FU多烯酸胶囊剂 3个剂量进行抗癌活性研究 ,实验结果表明 :复方 5 FU多烯酸胶囊剂对S180 、肝癌实体瘤的抑瘤率较市售 5 FU片剂提高 10 %左右 .对EAC的生命延长率较市售片剂显著提高。
With the pharmacodynamic model of S 180 , EAC, Heps tumor in mice, the inhibiting rate of S 180 , Heps at three doses of the compound 5-FU polyunsaturated fatty acids capsules were about ten percent higher than that of the tablet. The prolonged life span of EAC-bearing mice at three doses of the compound 5-FU polyunsaturated fatty acids capsules were evidently greater than that of the tablet.
