300km/h动力分散式电动车组制动方式探讨

摘要 对我国将要研制的300km/h电动车组中制动方式进行了分析论证。在《先锋号》和《中华之星》高速动车组研制的基础上,通过理论计算及比较,提出了较为合理的制动方式:动车采用合金锻钢轮装制动盘+电阻制动+再生制动,拖车采用合金锻钢轮装制动盘+盘形涡流制动。这样的配置可减轻制动盘和闸片的负荷,制动装置的制动能力得到很大提高,确保满足300km/h电动车组所需的制动力以及制动距离的技术条件。 In this paper, the brake mode of 300km/h electric motor train unit is analyzed, which will be designed soon in China. Based on the design of XianFeng and ZhongYuan Star high - speed motor train units, a kind of reasonable brake mode is proposed with theory calculation and comparision: alloy forged steel wheel - mounted disc brake, rheostetic brake, and regenerative brake is for motor car, while alloy forged steel wheel - mounted disc brake, disc eddy current brake is for trailers.The load on the brake disc and brake pad can be alleviated with this kind of equipments, and the brake capacity of the brake equipment can be also improved largely.Therefore, it is sure that the technical condition of braking force and braking distance can be satisfied.
