摘要
分析、研究了复肥生产以及储存过程中形成结块的原因以及结块对肥料应用和销售所造成的影响,并选择多种结块剂进行肥料防结块实验,得出了防结块剂能够有效克服肥料颗粒间的盐桥形成,阻止肥料结块的结论,且给出了实验效果较好的防结块剂及矿物油用量。
This paper analyzes and researches on the causes of agglomeration in the production and storage of complex fertilizer and the influence of the agglomeration on the application and sales of the fertilizer, and selects various agglomeration agents to do fertilizer's agglomeration- proof test, drawing a conclusion that the agglomeration- proof agent can overcome the formation of the salt bridge among the articles of fertilizer and avoid the agglomeration of fertilizer, and getting the agglomeration agent with the better test results and the consumption of mineral oil.
