摘要
介绍了热型连铸原理及其在近终形制造中的应用.以热型连铸薄壁内肋铜管及白铜管为例,说明了热型连铸工艺简单,是单晶材料、复杂截面形状产品和难加工型材加工工艺上的革命性变革,且具有节省能源、降低设备和厂房投资成本、高的成品率等优点,并指出了其研究和工业化生产中存在的问题.
The principle of heated-mold continuous casting and its application for near net-shape production are introduced. The examples of producing inner-ribbed copper tube and Fe30-l-l cupronickel tube show that the process of heated-mold continuous casting is simple and it is a revolutionary method of production of single crystal materials, complex cross-section products and those that are impossible to produce by other methods.It has the advantages of energy saving, reducing equipment and workshop investment, high yield rate and so on.The problems in the research and production are also discussed.
