摘要
本文介绍了在激光加工中,采用单片机构成激光脉冲能量的测量与控制系统。该系统采用光电探测器对激光脉冲能量实时测量,由单片机系统进行实时数据采集与数据处理,对激光器进行实时控制,实验表明,该系统可提高激光脉冲能量的稳定性和精度。
This paper presents the laser pulse energy measuring and controlling system using single chip computer in laser machining. The photoelectronic detector is used to rueasure the User pulse energy timely and single chip computer is used to collect data process data and control laser timely. The experiments show that this system can improve the stability and precision of laser pulse energy.
