摘要
继续社会化是大学生成为合格的社会成员、胜任多种社会角色的关键。本文从大学生步入社会后产生的种种矛盾与不适应出发 ,阐述了继续社会化对促进大学生发展的重要作用 ,进而探讨了大学生继续社会化的手段与方法。
become the capable of member in society and qualified socialist's key is to be continued socialization.This article starts from all sorts of conflict and inadequency which college students made in society,and illustrate continue socialization play an important role in promting college student's develop,and further probe the means of college students continue socialization.
