摘要
以水热法合成了高比表面积的纳米晶SnO2 粉体 ,运用FT IR ,XRD ,BET ,TEM等手段对粉体的晶化过程进行了分析表征 .FT IR显示 12 0℃水热得到的粉体即实现水合锡化合物的晶化 .XRD分析表明所得粉体均为数纳米 ,且随水热温度的提高 ,晶粒长大 .水热粉体均具有很高的比表面积 .TEM显示粉体呈单分散状态 .将水热粉体进行热处理 ,粉体则长大较快 ,比表面积降低 ,分散性能出现反常改善 .
SnO2 nanoparticles with high surface areas were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method. The crystallizing process was characterized by means of FT-IR, XRD, BET and TEM. FT-IR showed that hydrated tin oxide was transformed to SnO2 crystallite at 120 degreesC. XRD showed that the products were all at nanometer scale, and the crystatlite size increased while the surface areas decreased with the increase of hydrothermal temperature, and TEM revealed that the nanoparticles were monodispersed. When the hydrothermally synthesized particles were given heat treatment, the particles grew faster and the dispersity was abnormally improved.
