摘要
以左旋多巴为原料,经过酯化保护羧基,然后与芳香醛、酮反应合成左旋多巴胺希夫碱,作为合成各种多巴胺的中间体.探讨了不同的试剂配比,酸碱度,反应时间及反应温度等因素对反应的影响,并对几种希夫碱的结构进行IR,NMR表征.
The synthesis of several L-DOPA Schiff bases by the reaction of L-DOPA ester with aromatic aldehydes or ketones is reported. In the experiment, the effects of reagent抯 compositions、 reaction time and reaction temperature are investigated in different conditions and the structure of compounds (3a-3c) was characterized by IR, 1H NMR .
