摘要
上海的南浦、杨浦、徐浦大桥原有的钢梁涂层均采用油漆工艺,由于江面上空湿度大,空气污染较严重,钢梁涂层寿命较短,一般在3～5a内即锈蚀.为保证钢梁完好,大桥养护管理部门对钢结构采用喷砂、喷锌、油漆工艺进行涂装维护,提高了涂装质量和工效,延长了涂层寿命,达到对钢结构进行经济有效防护的目的.
Asit' swet over the Huangpu River and the air ispolluted,the service life of the original paint coatsof steel girdersin Nanpu Bridge,Yangpu Bridge and Xupu Bridge isshort and would rust within3~5years.To protect the bridge steel structure economically and effectively,sand spraying,zinc coating and paintingtechniquesare used by the bridge maintenance department to raise the finishing quality and effectivenessand prolong the service life of the coat.
