本文详细介绍了一种双极型低压低温漂能隙基准源 ,它可以应用于各种低压集成电路的基准电压部分 。
A kind of bipolar energy gap reference voltage with low voltage and low temperature drift is introduced in detail in this paper; it can supply a precise reference voltage, so that it can be applied to the part of reference voltage in all kinds of low voltage ICs.
