摘要
为研究心疾宁胶囊 (主药 :生地黄、黄连、当归、枣仁、知母等 )治疗心律失常的机理。采用标准玻璃微电极技术 ,观察正常和缺血低氧状态下 ,该药对豚鼠离体心肌乳头状肌快反应动作电位的影响 ,并与胺碘酮比较。结果 :两药均能显著延长正常心肌细胞APD5 0、APD90和ERP ;心疾宁能逆转缺血低氧引起的心肌细胞电生理改变 ,而胺碘酮无此作用。结论 :心疾宁胶囊可通过抑制钾通道 ,延长动作电位时程 。
To study the mechanism of “Xinjining Capsule” in the treatment of arrhythmia, standard glass microelectrode technique was adopted to observe the effect of “Xinjining Capsule” on fast response potential in guinea pig myocardia papillary muscle under normal or ischemia-hypoxia condition and to compare with Amiodarone. Results: Normal myocardia action potential duration 50 (APD 50), action potential duration 90 (APD 90) and effective refractory period (ERP) significantly increased by “Xinjining Capsule” and Amiodarone (P< 0.01); action potential duration 20 (APD 20) increased significantly by Amiodarone (P<0.05); “Xinjining Capsule” could reverse the changes of myocardial electrophysiology resulted from ischemia-hypoxia, but Amiodarone had no such effect. It is revealed that “Xinjining Capsule” can fight arrhythmia by inhibiting K channel, prolonging action period and protecting ischemia.
