摘要
笔者报道了18例胸腔镜胸腺切除治疗重症肌无力症的护理。术前加强心理护理、安全措施和生活护理,术后有效的机械通气、严格呼吸道管理、密切观察两种危象并及时处理,降低手术并发症,提高治疗效果和生活质量。
The author reported their nursing of myasthenia gravis(MG)treated with thymusresection under thoracoscope,concluding that such nursing measuresshould be performed to increase therapeutic efficacy and quality of life aspreoperative mental nursing,safe measuresand the nursing of daily life aswell aspostoperative effective mechanical ventilation,strict management of respiratory tract,close observation and timely treatment of two storms,reduction of surgical complications.
