摘要
总结了目前学术界关于政治文明内涵的10种观点,并对政治文明的概念进行了界定;论述了建设有中国特色社会主义政治文明的必要性,以及推进政治文明建设的主要措施:一是要进一步改进党的领导方式和执政方式,二是要加强制度建设,三是要批判吸收西方政治文明的积极成果,四是要积极稳妥地推进政治体制改革。
This article defines the concept of political civilization and concludes ten points of its connotation in the present learning sphere, and discusses the necessity of constructing socialistic political civilization with Chinese character and chief measures of improving it: further improving the Party's pattern of leading and governing; strengthening the institutional construction; critically absorbing the positive result of western political civilization; steadily pushing forward the reform of political structure.
