摘要
以法律理念的视角审视,行政相对人的权利保护呈现出固有的正当性和必要性,完善行政相对人的权利保护机制亦有其应当坚持的基本理念。这二者构成了行政相对人权利保护的丰厚的法理支撑。
Viewed in the perspective of legal principles, the protection to the rights of private party has its inherent justification and ne cessity ,and the improvement of mechanism of the rights of private party also ha s the basic principles to comply with, which both constitute the generous suppor t of legal principles for the protection to the rights of private party.
