摘要
20世纪 90年代以来 ,日本许多大型企业发生巨额亏损 ,出现生存危机 ,为此 ,这些企业纷纷进行公司重构。该文在实地调研的基础上 ,对松下电器重构的背景、打破事业部制、重新设计权、责、利的组织结构 ,进行了深入的案例研究。重点探讨了以制造部门为中心的事业部制的改革 ,以及日本国内家电流通渠道的改革、“人本主义”———人事、工资制度的改革等对松下电器公司组织重构、化解生存危机的作用与启示。
Since 1990s, many Japanese conglomerates have suffered great losses. In order to get out of the plight, these enterprises began to reconstruct their frames. Based on the field research, this paper carries out the case study of National from its background of reconstruction, strategic reconstruction and its re-design of structure of authority, responsibility and interest. It emphasizes the reform of divisional system oriented from manufactory, the reform of domestic circulation channel of electrical household equipment and the reform of personnel and salary system so as to explore the function and effect of the reforms.
