摘要
离体培养小麦族13个属间和种间杂种幼胚,对小麦族野生近缘种质资源的研究和利用提供了12个远缘杂种F_1植株。培养结果表明,C—17基本培养基添加CH50mg/L、CM200mL/L、肌醇100mg/L及蔗糖90g/L较利于杂种幼胚生长成苗。不同远缘杂交组交组合之间,以及杂交亲本不同来源地之间,杂种幼胚成苗率均显著不同。
By means of immature embryo culture in vitro, F_1 plants of twelve distant hybrids were obtained which involved thirteen intergeneric and interspecific, hybrids. Those hybrids were important for studying relationship between the species and genera in tribe Triticeae, and using wild germplasm for improving wheat and barley. The culture results showed that C—17 medium supplemented with CH 50mg/l+Cm 200ml/l+Inositol 100mg/l+Sucrose 90g/l is more suitable to the hybrid immature embyos growing and seedling. The rate of seedling obtained of immature embryos culture existed outstanding difference among different distant cross combination, and the same combination except the different source of parents.
