摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)技术,对大黄鱼肌浆蛋白(Pm)和肝酯酶(EST)同工酶进行研究。结果表明,大黄鱼的Pm电泳酶谱不存在个体间差异,而肝EST酶谱复杂,Est-2和Est-3为多态位点。X2检验表明,这两个多态位点等位基因频率都符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。
Myogen and liver esterase in \%Pseudosciaena crocea\% Richardson were studied by using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The results showed that there was no individual difference for the zymogram of Pm, while the zymogram of liver esterase was complicated. The coding genetic loci Est\|2 and Est\|3 were polymorphic. The chi\|square test showed that the two polymorphic loci were in Hardy\|Weinberg equillibrum.
