摘要
西安高新区高新技术产业的快速发展得益于高新区风险投资的迅速发展。借鉴国内外高新技术产业发达国家和地区利用风险投资推动高新技术产业发展的经验,结合高新区的实际情况,西安高新区积极构建以非政府资本为主体的多元化风险资本融资体系、致力于专业化风险投资、将风险资本主要投在发展期与成熟期、实施受市场机制支配的风险资本运作机制、建立完善的风险投资活动支撑体系等,从而走出了一条具有自身鲜明特点的园区风险投资发展之路。
The rapid development of the High-tech Industries comes from the fast development of venture capital in Xi'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone.Referring to the domestic and international experiences of development in venture capital, integrating the actural condition of the garden., Xi`an High-tech Industrial Development Zone finally finds out a way with own distinct characteristics in venture capital.The own distinct characteristics include that she has constructed the financial system of venture capital, engaged in special investment, invested in developing and mature period, implemented the runnable regime of venture capital by the marketing system, and perfected the supporting system of venture capital and so on.The experiences of venture capital come from Xi'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone point ont the developing route to the backward areas.
