摘要
介绍在 p H8左右溶液中 ,Cu2 +与铜试剂反应生成棕黄色络合物 ,经异戊醇萃取 ,用分光光度法测定铜含量的方法。
In the solution of pH 8, Cu 2+ reacted with copper reagent and a brown complex was formed. After extracted by isoamyl alcohol, content of Cu in complex was determined by spectrophotometric method.
