摘要
自从第1台电动机问世以来,工程师们就一直在寻找一种合适的方法以避免电动机的突然、剧烈启动。曾经也试过好几种“方法”,但是这些“方法”都必须借助其它的物体才能达到目标,无一能从根本上解决这一问题。不过,新型软启动器问世最终解决了这一难题。现在,ABB公司将简单的布线与电子力学相结合,成功地开发出一系列新型软启动器,使软启动研究又前进了一大步。这种新型软启动器不仅可以在电动机启动过程中对电流和电压实现超级电子控制,还增加了几个新的设计靓点。
From the moment the first electric motors appeared,engineers have been searching for a way to avoid their sudden,violent starts.Several ‘solutions’were tried over the years,but none of them managed to overcome the problem without adding some other,intrinsic disadvantage of its own.Only with the introduction of the soft starter did a device finally become available that had none of the drawbacks of these first attempts.Now,soft starting has gone a step further.Matching modern power electronics with smart circuitry,ABB has developed a new range of new soft starters that offers fuperior electronic control of the current and voltage during motor start-up plus several new design attributes.
