摘要
根据德兴铜矿露天采场穿孔深度大的实际 ,对该矿使用的牙轮钻杆从结构、材质、加工工艺等方面进行了改进。钻杆长度由改进前的 8.5m增长为 9.13m ,改进后的钻杆使用寿命延长约 5 0 0 0m 。
In view of the practical situation of more drilling length in the opencast pit of Dexing Copper Mine, the bore rod for use with the geared drills of this mine has been improved from structure, used material and processing technology. The length of bore rod is increased to 9.13m from 8.5m of the previous one. The service lift of improved bore rod is increased about 5000m, thus the drilling cost is decreased.
