知识经济时代 ,知识资源已成为企业竞争的核心 ,培育建筑企业技术创新能力 ,丰富建筑企业知识资源 ,是实施建筑企业科技兴业、质量兴业和输出兴业战略的迫切需要 ,通过建筑企业的观念创新、系统规划、管理创新、机制创新、文化创新、优化人才资源、强化教育培训、积极引进先进技术、加大投资力度、全员互动来培育和提高其技术创新能力 ,以促进建筑企业技术进步 。
In knowledge economy age,knowledge resources have become the core of business co mpetition.It is in urgent need of developing the ability to innovate technology and enriching their knowledge resources that building enterprises implement the prospering business based on science and technology,quality and exportation.To c ultivate and enhance their ability to bring forth new ideas in technology needs their bringing forth new ideas in sense,management,mechanisms and culture,system atic planning,optimizing talent resources,intensifying education and training,po sitively introducing advanced technology,enhancing investment,and interaction be tween staff.These will promote technological advancement of building enterprises ,and heighten their competitive power for international markets.
