摘要
目的 探讨益气散结解毒汤对S180肉瘤细胞体内生长的抑制作用及其作用机理。方法 给接种S180肉瘤小鼠喂饲益气散结解毒汤及注射环磷酰胺后观察抑瘤率、瘤体比、吞噬细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数、酯酶染色阳性率、E花结形成率。结果 益气散结解毒汤、环磷酰胺、益气散结解毒汤加环磷酰胺组抑瘤率分别为 :6 0 .6 2 %、4 0 .32 %、4 4 .37%。益气散结解毒汤组吞噬率、脂酶染色阳性率、E花结形成率明显高于其他各组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 益气散结解毒汤具有明显抑制S180肉瘤作用 ,抑瘤作用可能主要是通过提高机体的细胞免疫功能而发挥作用 。
Objective To explore the effect of Yiqisanjiejiedu decoction (YQSJJDD) on sarcoma180 (S180) in vivo. Methods After mice were given YQSJJDD through stomach perfusion for 10 d, inhibiting tumor rate, ratio of tumor to body in mass, macrophage engulfing rate, engulfing exponent, acidic α-naphthyl acetate esterase positive rate(ANAE) and E-rosette forming rate(E-RFR) were tested. Results The inhibiting tumor rate of YQSJJDD group, cyclophosphamide (Cy) group and YQSJJDD+Cy group were 60.62%, 40.32%, and 44.37%, respectively. The engulfing rate of macrophage, ANAE, E-RFR in YQSJJDD group were markedly higher than those in other groups. Conclusion YQSJJDD is effective on tumor probably by enhancing cellular immunity.When combined with chemotherapy drug it may decrease the effect of inhibiting tumor.
