摘要
实验对西门塔尔牛精子体外获能培养基及方法的选择进行研究 .结果表明 :以 m B-ww为培养基 ,添加咖啡因 2 mmol/L,亚牛磺酸 70 μmol/L经 5 0 μg/ml肝素和 1 g/L透明质酸酶处理牛精子 。
The main purpose of the experiment was to select media and methods to induce simental sperm in vitro capacitation.These results suggest that the mBww medium added with caffeine2 mmol/L,hypotaurine 70 μmol/L and the treatment of 50 μg/ml heparin and 1 g/L hyaluronidase should be an efficient pathway for inducing simental sperm in vitro capacitation.
