摘要
本文应用1粒、8粒缫以及红外光谱等手段,对全龄人工饲料育蚕茧的茧丝性状进行了较系统的研究。结果表明:全龄人工饲料育蚕茧具有茧丝纤度细、茧丝纤度偏差小的特征;其生丝强力低于普通桑蚕茧,但伸度好、初始模量小;雌雄茧相比较,雄茧的茧层缫丝率和出丝率显著高于雌茧。多项测定表明:在微观结构方面,全龄人工饲料育蚕的茧丝和普通桑蚕茧丝无显著差异。
Through single or eight-cocoon reeling and infrared spectral analysis, a systematic study ismade on the property of bave spun by silkworms which are entirely fed on artificial diet. Thecocoon silk of the silkworm possesses such features as fine size, lower size deviation, excellentelongation, and small initial modulus, thongh lower tenacity in comparison with normal mulberrycocoon silk. As to cocoon shell reeling percentage and silk yielding, male cocoons are much superiorto female ones. Tests show that no obvious difference in microstructure is found between the baveof artificial diet-fed silkworms and that of mulberry leaf-fed ones.
